     Overview
    
                                       This spec project explores a holiday-themed Cheerios cereal box designed to combine the brand’s recognizable identity with a nostalgic, seasonal direction. I followed Cheerios’ brand guidelines to maintain consistency with the established visual language while developing an original concept and packaging design.
    
    The box was created using the correct packaging template to ensure the artwork was properly structured for a realistic cereal box application. I drew inspiration from vintage cereal packaging, incorporating nostalgic design elements to appeal to audiences who connect with the classic look and feel of older cereal boxes while still keeping the design polished and contemporary.
    
    A strong focus was placed on creating a thoughtful visual hierarchy, cohesive color palette, and engaging details that make the packaging feel intentional from every angle. After completing the design, I applied the artwork to realistic mockups to demonstrate how the finished concept would look as a physical product on shelf.
